The Board oversees FS-ISAC\u2019s global activity and coordinates with FS-ISAC\u2019s Europe Board of Directors and UK Strategic Subsidiary Board. Kris Fador, Chief Information Security Officer for Bank of America, will serve as the Board\u2019s Chair.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\"
