Deepwatch, an artificial intelligence and human cyber resilience platform provider, announced its acquisition of security intelligence solutions startup Dassana. Deepwatch plans to integrate Dassana’s AI-powered risk and threat exposure management technology into its platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

The integration of Dassana\u2019s technology into the Deepwatch Platform will also allow CISOs and security leaders to get real-time insights into their security posture, Deepwatch CEO John DiLullo said in a statement. The acquisition will give Deepwatch’s internal SOC operations and customers better tools around automation, compliance reporting, and proactive security management.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dassana’s products integrate with existing security infrastructure and aggregate and normalize data from various security tools to provide a unified view of an organization’s security environments. Organizations gain real-time visibility into their security posture and can apply the actionable insights to expedite remediation efforts and enhance the effectiveness of security controls. CISO Copilot automates evidence collection for compliance, allocates resources based on business impact, and accesses real-time board-level metrics, allowing CISOs to make data-driven decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

“By joining forces with Dassana, our mission to democratize and make our AI capabilities available to companies of all sizes, has taken a giant leap forward,” DiLullo said. “We believe cyber resilience should be available to all and that everyone deserves to conduct their businesses free from the scourge of cyber attacks.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.<\/span><\/p>\n
